COMMUNITY LED REGENERATION
ONEDAY believe regeneration and development should be shaped by the community who will live, work and play there. We currently have mixed use schemes in development that create spaces to drive positive changes that directly benefit the communities they are located
WHAT CAN AN EMPTY PLOT BE TURNED INTO?
Our client Liverpool Homeless Football Club is a not for profit charity established in 2007 to motivate and encourage those experiencing or at risk of homelessness into a more active lifestyle. The dedicated team recognised the power of sport to engage people, and the positive impact it was having on their member's overall physical and mental wellbeing
LHFC are an organisation with a clear vision that to really change people live they need to create Jobs, Homes and a Place to Belong. The Tackle Community Stadium Project is a 16 acre mixed use scheme which will create 44 jobs, 18 homes and a 3,500 seater community stadium
The facility will allow the organisation to expand its work from a permanent base and continue to use sport to drive positive change in peoples lives. Increased enterprise activity will allow the organisation to generate income and employment which help prevent homelessness.
ONEDAY are acting as Development Manager and Commercial partner for LHFC to deliver the scheme in 2022
