Course Overview

The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly, driven by changing guest expectations and a renewed focus on service excellence. Employers are looking for professionals who combine hands-on operational skills with product knowledge, confidence and interpersonal skills.

As travel and tourism continue to rebound and grow, there is rising demand for work-ready talent who can deliver memorable customer experiences from day one. Our skills bootcamp is designed to guide learners into this dynamic sector with practical training, industry insight, and real career pathways.

    What commitment is required?

    • 6 Week Bootcamp starts on Wednesday 25th February
    • Delivered twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays at Huyton Village Green
    • 5 hours per day - Total 60 guided learning hours
    • Some self-led learning modules and self-study will apply

    How is the course delivered?

    • In-person training by bootcamp tutors
    • Online self-led modules

    We particularly welcome applications from disabled and neurodivergent people who are underrepresented in hospitality roles. Adjustments during training will be explored wherever possible.

    Please note: This programme prepares learners for bar and restaurant roles, which can involve loud environments, late shifts, and physically demanding service work.

    We will work with applicants to explore suitability and adjustment needs during next stage assessment.
